Crafters MUST have a parent/guardian at their table for the duration of event
Crafters are responsible for bringing everything the need for the event, including table, chair or EZ-UP
Crafters set their own prices and collect payment however they prefer

If a registered participant does not meet the necessary criteria as outlined in the Summer Camp Parent Manual, parents/guardians will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded in its entirety.Campers will need to bring the following each day: (Please be sure to label ALL of your campers belongings)-Refillable water bottle-Lunch-Enough snacks for 2 snack times-Sunscreen-Towel-Bathing suit-Change of clothes-Camp shirt on trip days Please check the white board at check in for additional daily information! Eliot Recreation Department reserves the right to set a daily participant limit to ensure we maintain and safe and accurately staffed program
Registration opens Monday, March 16, 2026 at 9:00am
Final deadline for registration is Friday, May 22nd, 2026 at 9:00am
Absolutely no changes will be accepted after this point. Your registration holds your child’s spot for the selected days and you will be responsible for payment for those dates.
We are offering 3 options for enrollment: Entire Session, Weekly or Daily
All online registrations will also include registrations forms: Camper Information, Medical Information, Summer Camp Consent Form, and Emergency Contacts & Authorized Pick- up Information.
These online forms will be in place of the paper forms we have used in the past.
You will need to fill these forms out for each camper.
