The Town of Eliot manages and maintains seven parks in the town of Eliot. All parks are open to the public; certain park amenities may be reserved on occasion for Eliot Rec. league play and special events. Parks are open from 9:00am-9:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Noise ordinance begins at 10:00pm.
Hammond Park and Dixon Road Recreation Area

Hammond Park and the Dixon Road Recreation Area is located along State Road, across the street from the Eliot Elementary School. Located in the area are a gazebo, horseshoe pits, a skating rink and the skate park. Parking is available at the Elementary School parking lot during non-school hours and at the Town Hall parking lot (in the parking spaces away from the front of the building) during school hours. Please do not park at the Police Department, Fire Department or along Dixon Road.

- Take exit 1 in Maine (Eliot, Navy Yard and Dennett Road)
- Bear right off exit onto Dennett Road/State Road
- Follow road approx. 2.5 miles
- Bear left onto Dixon Road (just past the entrance for Eliot Elementary School)
Route 95 South
- Take Exit 2 for Route 236
- Turn left at the end of exit, heading toward South Berwick and Eliot
- Follow Rt. 236 for approx. 2.5 miles
- After the Eliot Commons, turn left at the set of lights onto Beech Road
- Follow Beech Road to the end and turn right onto State Road
- Bear left onto Dixon Road (just past the entrance for Eliot Elementary School)
Boat Basin

The Boat Basin features a public boat launch as well as a pavilion and park area. Amenities include:
- Piscataqua River access
- Pavilion (available for rental)
- Open field space

- Take exit 1 in Maine (Eliot, Navy Yard and Dennett Rd.)
- Bear left off exit onto Dennett Road/State Road
- Take first right onto South Eliot Road (Route 103)
- Follow for approximately three miles until you see a Boat Launch sign on the left hand side (immediately after the Green Acre Baha’i Center)
- Turn left onto Hammond Lane (aka Junkins Lane) and follow to Boat Basin
Route 95 South
- Take Exit 2 for Route 236
- Turn left at the end of exit, toward South Berwick and Eliot
- Follow Rt. 236 for approx. 2.5 miles to the Eliot Commons
- At the light just after the Eliot Commons, turn left onto Beech Road
- Follow Beech Road to the end and turn right onto State Road
- Take first left (Gateway Gas and Eliot Meat Market on the corner) onto Farmer Road
- Farmer Road becomes Main Street after about 1 mile — continue up the hill
- At bottom of hill, look for the Boat Launch sign on the right hand side
- Turn right onto Hammond Lane (aka Junkins Lane) and follow to Boat Basin
Frost Tufts Park

Frost Tufts Park offers a variety of amenities including:

- Frost Tufts Park is approximately ¼ mile down on the left
- Park entrance is just before the tennis courts
Route 95 South
- Take exit 2 for Route 236
- Turn left at the end of exit, heading toward South Berwick and Eliot
- Follow Rt. 236 for approx. 2.5 miles until you get to the Eliot Commons
- At the light just after the Eliot Commons, turn left onto Beech Road
- At the end of Beech Road, turn right onto State Road
- Follow road approximately two miles, past fire station and Town Hall
- Bear left at fork onto Old Road (The William Fogg Library will be on your right after you bear onto Old Road)
