Facility Rentals Policies


Pavilion Rentals
The Eliot Rec Department accepts reservations for the pavilions at the Boat Basin and at Frost Tufts Park. Reservations are accepted from May 1st through the second weekend in October. Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance from the date you are requesting. We no longer issue refunds for rain date rentals.

Payment due within 48 hours of reservation. 

Reservation requests are available online. Rental fees are as follows:

Full Day Option: 9am-8pm
Half Day Options: 9am-2pm or 3pm-8pm
 
Boat Basin
Residents:  $100.00/Full Day; $50.00 Half-Day
Non-Residents: $150.00/Full Day; $75.00 Half-Day
 
Frost Tufts
Residents:  $50.00/Full Day; $25.00 Half-Day
Non-Residents: $100.00/Full Day; $50.00 Half-Day
 
Businesses/Corporations
$175.00 Flat Rate/Full Day-Boat Basin Only
 
 
 
Athletic Field and Outdoor Facilities Rentals
The Eliot Rec Department accepts reservations for the following athletic fields and outdoor facilities:
Fees are collected year round; however, some parks may not be available for use during winter months. Reservation fees are as follows:
 
Eliot Residents and Organizations:
$25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum
 
Non-Residents and Non-Resident Organizations:
$50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum
 
Rates for seasonal use of athletic fields by approved organizations are determined on a case-by-case basis.
